Amazon re:MARS 2021

Given the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on global travel and in-person participation at events, I had to evolve the re:MARS experience from an in-person experience to an always-on, global knowledge hub that would (re)establish the re:MARS brand and inspire others to apply AI within their own organizations. I pushed the team to think beyond just the calendar year, to drive demand for a 2022 in-person event, (which remained the keystone of the brand), and to create a halo effect for Amazon - not only a pioneer in AI thought leadership, but a driving force for recruiting in these competitive fields.

I led the creative initiative and visual storytelling for the rebrand of re:MARS 2021 by building the styleguide and directing the motion graphics in collaboration with an external agency; thereby scaling the visual narrative across the event space and platforms. This branding continues to be used today for the Amazon re:MARS event.
