The mission of the Alexa Everywhere team is to drive technical thought leadership and teach and inspire creators to invent the future with Alexa. I managed a team of UX and Visual designers to migrate the existing Developer Portal to a new Adobe Experience Platform. I led the UX/CX, visual narrative and illustrated styling of the site that was carried through all of the Alexa Developer communications.
The Developer Portal marketing pages provide the Alexa Developer customers with the right information at the right moment of their developer journeys. The platform is used to inform, launch products and skills, and inspire the Amazon Alexa Developer community to deliver delightful customer experiences, and unlock the potential of voice.

Components are built to house information across various websites. As the Creative Director and UX design manager, our team designed custom components to compartmentalize the information to deliver the most customer centric experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Component Design & Prototyping: Conceptualized and designed the user interface that aligns with both the user needs and brand guidelines. Built wireframes, mockups and prototypes to iterate on designs.
User Research and Usability Testing: Incorporated research findings into component designs.
Collaboration with Developers and Marketers: Collaborated with both the Developer and Marketing teams to implement AEM components. Communicated design specification through wireframes and prototypes to ensure final implementation aligned with the intended user experience.
Accessibility and Responsiveness: Ensured components were accessible to all users and work seamlessly across devices.
Documentation and Styleguides: Built design guidelines and component usages for stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Led user research to analyze feedback and metrics to improve components over time. Used A/B testing to validate design decisions.
