Visual and User Experience Design Lead

As the lead UX, Visual, and Brand designer for the Amazon Prime Now mobile app and desktop experience I focused on building brand recognition on all cross-site placements leveraging photography, graphics, and text to optimize both customer first-adoption and repeat engagement.

Customer Flow and Storefront Hero Design

In order to keep up with the fast paced needs of 1hr and 2hr delivery windows I worked closely with the marketing team to build and rebuild the user experience based off customer feedback.

I added the Weekly Ad designs, Shop Past Purchases Button, and Amazon Storefronts. We also explored the Take A Look Around banners (i.e. Father’s Day Gifts), and city illustrations throughout the app.
